Which plan do I need?+
Basic keeps an eye on the machine and runs antivirus. Business Standard is the one most businesses should be on: it also keeps Windows and your everyday apps patched, which is where most security problems start. Premium adds our top-level antivirus and priority support.
What counts as a device?+
Each PC, laptop or server we manage. Phones and tablets are covered under Microsoft 365 management at no extra charge.
Monthly or yearly?+
Your choice. Paying yearly works out to two months free.
Do you do on-site work?+
Almost everything is done remotely, which is why it's affordable. When something physical needs doing we coordinate a technician from our national network.
