Why do I have several phone numbers on my current bill?+
Older phone systems needed a separate number for every handset, and you've been paying line rental on each. Ours doesn't work that way: extensions ring each other for free. Keep the number you advertise (and any number you need to call out from), drop the rest, and pay $6/mo per number you keep.
Is the handset really included?+
Yes. Every extension at $50/month comes with a new desk phone and nothing to pay upfront. When you switch we'll give you a choice of handsets.
Can I use the handsets I already have?+
Possibly, if they're IP desk phones in good condition. Tell us the make and model when you compare and we'll go through your options with you before anything is ordered.
My landline just forwards to my mobile. Is that worth switching?+
Usually yes. Diversions are often charged per call, so a 'cheap' line can cost hundreds a month. One extension plus your number is $56/month flat, and the mobile app means the number rings on your mobile anyway.
Do I need Skymesh NBN for the phones?+
No, they work on any decent internet connection. Bundling with our NBN just means one provider for everything.
